Easily view and manage all of your published and scheduled posts in the publishing calendar.

Calendar views

The calendar shows a weekly view of any post you have scheduled and posted using the Zencity Publishing tool, and any post you have already published through the native platform. 

The calendar's default view includes condensed previews of your posts. Each post includes the time it was posted/ scheduled for, a preview of the text and first image and the network it was posted on.

Imported posts (posts that have not been published through the Zencity platform) will be marked with a gray circle, while posts scheduled using the platform will have a colored circled with an indicator of the user who posted the post.

Once a scheduled post has reached it's designated time, it will publish to each accounts and networks chosen for the post. In case of a publishing failure, the post will show a red badge with the number of accounts for which it failed, accompanied with a blue success badge for accounts to which it was successfully published. 

Managing posts

Once you've created a new post, there are several actions you can take:

1. Clone the post- relevant for both scheduled and published posts.
2. Edit the post- only relevant for scheduled posts.
3. Delete the post- currently only relevant for scheduled posts.
4. View the post in the original source- only relevant for published posts.
