Instagram @Mentions

When connecting your Instagram account to the platform, you will be able to view all @Mentions of your account from public Instagram accounts. Since Instagram does not share information about the name of the account and post which mentioned your organization, the item will have the following content:

• The name of the source (account) which was mentioned
• The content of the post or comment in which your account was mentioned
• The sentiment of the post or comment

Note, that Tags of your account are not imported by default to Zencity, but if you wish to include them in your dashboard, reach out to our support team using the chat!
