Refreshing Access to Paid Facebook Ads

For privacy reasons, permissions to pull data from paid Facebook ads into the Zencity platform must be refreshed every 60 days. To renew the relevant permissions, please take the following steps:

Click on your name at the bottom of the navigation bar on the left side of the Zencity platform.
Select ‘Social Accounts.’
Under ‘Facebook Pages & Ads and Instagram’ click the ‘Refresh Access’ button.
Follow the prompts, ensuring all relevant pages are selected and all requested permissions are granted.

We will send you a reminder to complete this process if your permissions expire.
