How do I contact Customer Support?

Our Customer Support team are available for live chats during business hours. To contact them:

1. Click the ‘Support’ button in the bottom left corner
2. The Resource Center window will open - click the ‘Chat with us’ button and enter your query

You can also email the support team at any time at support@zencity.io. For urgent queries, please include the word ‘urgent’ in the subject line - we will respond as soon as possible.

Where can I find the Help Centre?

The Help Centre can be accessed through the Resource Center, which you can open by clicking the ‘Support’ button in the bottom left corner of the page. You can also access it directly at https://help.zencity.io/.

Can I attend a training session?

We run twice-weekly drop-in training sessions - you can add them to your calendar here.
