You can share the results of a closed Collaborative Map Activity publicly so residents can see what their community said. This article explains how to create and publish a public results summary.

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.
  2. Navigate to 'Ask' then 'Collaborative Activities'.
  3. Select the closed Collaborative Map Activity you want to share results for.
  4. Click 'Share Results' and select 'Results Summary'.
  5. Configure which results to include using the same builder as standard Engagement results summaries.
  6. Set the visibility to either 'Private' or 'Public'.
  7. Click 'Publish'.
  8. A unique public URL is generated. Copy the URL to share with residents. What Residents See
  • A read-only view of the map with clustered pins
  • Charts showing the results of follow-up questions
  • Topic and sentiment analysis on open-ended responses Note: Once a public results summary is published, the teaser card for the activity on associated content and organization pages will update to display 'View Results' instead of 'Participate Now'.
