Viewing and Exporting Results for a Collaborative Map Activity

The Results & Analysis tab provides a map view of all submitted pins, breakdown tables, and detailed individual submissions. This article explains how to view results and what to expect in a CSV export.

Accessing Results

1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.
2. Navigate to 'Ask' then 'Collaborative Activities'.
3. Select the Collaborative Map Activity you want to view and click 'Results & Analysis'.

Filter Bar

The filter bar at the top of the page allows you to refine the results displayed:

• Question & Answer
• Date Range
• Language
• Completeness
• De-duplication toggle

Map Display

• All submitted pins are displayed on the map, color-coded by category.
• High-density areas are clustered automatically.
• Any context layers (polygons, points of interest) added by the admin are also visible.
