This article explains how to configure the schedule and visibility of your Collaborative Map Activity and how to customize the teaser card that promotes it across the platform.
Activity Settings
- Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.
- Navigate to your Collaborative Map Activity in the Activities listing screen and click 'Edit'.
- Click on the 'Settings' tab.
- Set the start date and time for when the activity should go live.
- Set the end date and time for when the activity should close.
- Choose the pages you want to advertise on.
- Configure social sharing options under 'General Settings'.
- Add any redirects under the 'Redirects' section.
Configuring the Teaser
The teaser is the card that promotes your Collaborative Map Activity across the platform. By default, it includes a map thumbnail placeholder, the activity title, a short description, and a CTA button.
To customize the teaser:
- Select the Teaser page from the page sidebar on the left.
- To override the headline, click in the 'Headline' field and enter your custom text.
- To override the description, click in the 'Description' field and enter your custom text.
- To override the image, click 'Choose an image' and upload a custom image.
- To override the button label, click in the 'Button Label' field and enter your custom text.
- Add tags to categorize the activity using the 'Tags' field.
