Exporting Public Board comments to a CSV file

• Only users with ‘Owner’ or ‘Builder’ status can export comments on a public board.

1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

2. Navigate to your project page, then go to your 'Public Boards' tab and select the public board that you want to view.

3. Navigate to the comments tab and click on the idea submission that you want to export comments for. 

4. Click on the 'Export Comments as CSV' in the top right hand corner. Your CSV export will be sent to the email address that you are logged in with.
