- Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
- Navigate to your project page, then go to your 'Public Boards' tab and select the idea board that you want to view.
- Scroll to the top of the page.
- Click on the ‘View’ button that is located in the top right hand corner.
Note: You can only view the community member facing view of a public board that has been set to 'Active' and is 'Publicly Advertised'.
- Enter your idea in the search bar.
- If there is already an idea similar to yours, it will appear below. You can add to that existing idea if it aligns with yours.
- If you want to add a new idea, click on the ‘Add new idea’ button.
- Give a brief description of your idea in the ‘Describe your idea’ text box.
- To add an image to your idea, in the 'Upload Image' field click on the 'Choose Image' button and select an image from your computer
- Check the ‘Agree to terms and conditions’ checkbox.
- Click on the ‘Submit idea’ button.
- Your idea and image will now be displayed on the public board.
