Changing the status of a comment on a public board

• Only users with ‘Owner’ or ‘Builder’ status can moderate comments on a public board.

1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

2. Navigate to your project page, then go to your 'Public Boards' tab and select the public board that you want to view.

3. Navigate to the comments tab and click on the relevant idea submission.

4. You will now see all your 'Pending', 'Approved' and 'Rejected' comments. Locate the comment that you want to change the status for and select the option available to you.
