Viewing the toxicity score of an idea

• Only users with ‘Owner’ or ‘Builder’ status can view the toxicity score of an idea.

1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
   
   
2. Navigate to your project page, then go to your 'Public Boards' tab and select the public board that you want to view.
   

   

3. Navigate to the submissions tab. 
   

   

4. You will now see a list of all ideas on a public board.  

   

5. Click on the title of the idea that you would like to view.
   
   
6. You will now see the toxicity score for the idea title and description. The toxicity score for a description will only be visible if a description has been provided. To learn more about toxicity scoring please click on the 'About Toxicity' heading.
