- Only users with ‘Owner’ or ‘Builder’ status are able to change can open or close a public board.
- All fields marked with an * on this page are mandatory.

Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

Navigate to your project page, then go to your 'Public Boards'
tab and select the public board that you want make go live or
close.

Enter the start date, end date and timezone in the ‘Duration
Dates’ field. You will have been required to set a start time to
your idea board when you created it. But you can edit this at
any time.

Your public board will be active for the duration of the dates
that you set it for and will close automatically once that end
date has passed.
Note: If order to see the 'View' option the Public Board must be 'Active' and 'Publicly Advertised'.

If you are navigating away from the page, remember to click the
‘Save’ button located at the bottom of the page.
A message will appear at the top of the screen that says ‘Updated Successfully’.
If you are staying on the public boards page to add or edit more content, remember to save your work when you have finished before you leave the page.
