  • Only users with ‘Owner’ or ‘Builder’ status are able to activate and change multilingual features.
  • The language options available will be the languages that were previously selected on the Project Overview page. Return there to add/change languages.
  1. Ensure you are logged in to your Zencity Engage account.

  2. Navigate to your project page and select the project that you want to edit a public board on, click on the ‘Public Board’ tab and then select the Public Board that you want to edit
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the public board edit screen where you will see the ‘Language Options’ heading.

  4. Note: The languages available here are dependent on what you selected for the Multilingual feature on your Project Overview. You can turn on/off a language option for a public board on an individual basis.
  5. Select that languages that you would like your public board to be available in and click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.

  6. At the top of the page you should also see that a grey box with 'Editing Language' with a language and dropdown arrow next to it has appeared. These will reflect that languages that you have just selected. You can choose to use the auto-translation feature or manually translate each language.

  7. If you navigate to the community member facing view you will now see your public board in your selected language
