Logging Into Your User Account

• Only Zencity team members can create new admin user accounts at this time. If you or a colleague need an account set up, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or the support team (support@zencity.io).

To access your Engage admin portal:

1. Visit the Zencity platform at https://app.zencity.io/
2. Enter your email address and password and click 'Continue.'
3. Click into the Engage tab on the left-hand navigation bar
4. Select the 'Administrative View' button associated with your Engage portal
