- Visit the Zencity platform at https://app.zencity.io/
- Click on the 'Forgot password?' link underneath the email and password fields
- Enter your email address
- Click the ‘Continue’ button
- If an account exists for your email address, a password reset link will be emailed to you
- Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the password reset email.
- If the password reset link does not open directly from your email, try copying and pasting the link into your browser.
- If your email address is not recognized, an account might not have been set up for you. Contact your colleague who manages the account, your Customer Success Manager here at Zencity, or the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
