The word cloud shows you the most commonly used words among your residents for whichever time period you are looking at. The more popular the words are, the larger they will appear in the cloud.
Tip: If something in the word cloud piques your interest, you can always click on that specific word to see the articles and posts that are fueling that conversation.
Most popular topics
Focusing your messaging around a specific topic? You can always check out the topics with the highest amount of engagement, along with their respective sentiment. Hover over any topic you are interested in to see the exact sentiment breakdown, or click on it to filter your dashboard according to that segment of the conversation.
Search
Interested in a specific topic or issue? Use the search bar at the top right hand corner of the page and search for a specific word or phrase to see conversation items related to that keyword.
Tip: Interested in following how the conversation about a specific issue or event evolves over time? Create a project to follow it more easily or set up a keyword alert.
