Designing emails with Zencity’s drag-and-drop Email Editor is simple, intuitive, and powerful enough to cover all your outreach needs.

With the Email Editor, you can create:

  • Campaigns: Newsletters or marketing emails sent to a list of subscribers.

  • Templates: Save designs for future use, including:

    • Marketing templates to reflect your brand.

    • Transactional templates for automated confirmations and alerts.

    • Automation templates for email workflows.

You can choose from three design approaches:

  • Responsive Drag-and-Drop Editor with rich content tools.

  • HTML for users comfortable coding directly.

  • MJML, a markup language optimized for responsive email design.

The Email Editor is fully responsive, ensuring your campaigns render correctly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Create Your Campaign

  1. From the Campaigns page, click Create a Campaign.

  2. Complete the campaign setup sections:

    • Title: Internal name for your reports.

    • Language: Choose the language for your campaign.

    • Recipients: Select a contact list (and segmentation, if available).

    • Content: Click Design email to choose or create your template.

    • Subject: Add your subject line (aim for fewer than 70 characters for better open rates).

    • From: Define sender name and sending address.

  3. Once all sections are complete, you can send immediately or schedule delivery up to 60 days in advance.
