Exporting a Subscriber List

There are multiple locations from which you can export a subscriber list. 

 

Option 1: The 'Invite' tab of an engagement in any status

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

  2. Navigate to your project page and select the relevant project. Click on the project's ‘Engagement’ tab and then select the engagement that you want to export the subscriber list from.

  3. Navigate to the engagement's 'Invite' tab.

  4. Click on the "Export Subscriber List" button on the right.

  5. Your subscriber list will be sent to your email address.

 

Option 2: The 'Share' tab of an Active engagement

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

  2. Navigate to your project page and select the relevant project. Click on the project's ‘Engagement’ tab and then select the engagement that you want to export the subscriber list from.
  3. In order to export the subscriber list from the 'Share' tab of an engagement, the status of the engagement needs to be set to ‘Active’. If the engagement is not 'Active,' you can use Option 1 above to download the subscriber list from the 'Invite' tab, or you can set the engagement's status to 'Active' on the ‘Prepare to Launch’ tab. 

  4. Navigate to the ‘Share’ tab. You will now see a number of different sharing options, including the "Download Subscribers CSV" button.

  5. Click the button and your Subscriber List will be sent to your email address .

 

Option 3: The 'Project Updates' tab

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

  2. Navigate to your project page and select the relevant project.

  3. Navigate to the 'Project Updates' tab.

  4. If you have not yet created a project update for the project, you will see a "Create a Project Update" button.*

  5. Click the "Create a Project Update" button. You will be prompted to enter a mandatory title. Enter your title and click on "Create a Project Update."

  6. Navigate to the 'Email Notification' tab of the project update.

  7. Click on the "Export Subscriber List" button on the right.

  8. Your subscriber list will be sent to your email address.

*If you are not ready to publish a project update, you may choose to keep the page in 'Draft' status. If you wish to delete the project update completely after you have exported the subscriber list, click the "Delete" button at the bottom of the 'Design Page' tab.
