How do I submit a GDPR request to delete or download my data?

You can easily request your data or delete you account on Zencity Engage. 

1. Ensure you are logged into your account and navigate to the page that has commenting enabled on it 
   
   
2. Navigate to the 'My Profile' tab and select the 'Settings' heading
   
   

   

3. If you want to download your comment history, click on the 'Download My Comment History' link. An email will be sent to the email address that you used to register with. Click on the 'Download Archive' link in the email that you receive. You will be redirected to another page. Click on the 'Download My Comment History' on the page 
   
   

4. To delete your account, click on the 'Delete My Account' button 
   
   

5. If you are sure you want to delete your account, click on the 'Proceed' button. Your account will then be deleted
