Export Your Subscriber List

At a Glance

Download your organization's subscriber list to use for external email campaigns, contact management, or integration with other communication platforms. The subscriber list contains contacts who have opted in to receive communications about your organization's engagement activities.

Exported lists help you maintain consistent communication across multiple platforms and campaigns.

Core Steps

1. Navigate to Ask > Surveys > Build select your survey
   
   
    
2. Click the Share tab
   
   
3. In the Send an Email section, click Create Email...
   
   
    

4. In the email composer modal, click Export List

    

   

5. The subscriber list downloads to your device

Accessing Subscriber Export

To export your subscriber list:

1. From your engagement questionnaire, click the Share tab in the main navigation
2. Locate the Send an Email section in the sharing options
3. Click the Create Email... button to open the email composer
4. In the Create Email modal, look for the Export List link next to the "Include Subscriber List" checkbox
5. Click Export List to download your contacts
