Access the Questionnaire Builder
Start by navigating to the Engage section and locating your engagement questionnaire on the Activities listing screen. Click "Edit" to open the Questionnaire Builder where you can manage page structure and add new sections.
Method 1: Add Pages via Sidebar
The page number sidebar on the left displays all current pages with numbered tabs (1, 2, 3, etc.). At the bottom of this sidebar, you'll see a blue plus (+) icon.
Click the blue plus (+) icon to add a new page to the end of your questionnaire sequence. The new page appears as the next numbered page and is immediately available for editing.
Method 2: Add Pages via Page Toolbar
When you select any existing page, the page toolbar provides two positioning options:
- "Add Page Before": Creates a new page immediately before the currently selected page
- "Add Page After": Creates a new page immediately after the currently selected page
These options give you precise control over where new pages appear in your questionnaire sequence.
Understanding New Page Behavior
When you add a page:
- Blank slate: New pages start empty with no content, ready for you to add questions and content blocks
- Automatic numbering: Pages are automatically numbered in sequence based on their position
- Drop zone activation: The new page displays guidance text "Drag content from sidebar" and shows available content addition options
- Immediate editing: You can start adding content to the new page right away

Browse Question Bank: Click "Browse Question Bank" to access pre-built questions and templates that you can add to your new page.
