Setting a timer for a question in a Live Engagement

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

  2. Navigate to your project page and select the project that you want to view an engagement on, click on the ‘Engagement’ tab and then select the live engagement that you want to view. 

  3. Navigate to the 'Share' tab of live engagement and click on the 'Launch host controls' button. 
    Note: Your Live Engagement needs to be published in order to launch your host control panel. If you want to launch your host control panel for a unpublished live engagement you need to click on the 'Launch Preview' button.

  4. You will now be redirected to your host control panel.

  5. You can now set a timer for your questions. The time that you initially set will be applied to all subsequent pages and questions. However you can change these per page and question. 

  6. To start your timer click the 'Play' icon button.
