  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

  2. Navigate to your project page and select the project that you want to view an engagement on, click on the ‘Engagement’ tab and then select the live engagement that you want to view.

  3. Navigate to the 'Share' tab of live engagement and click on the 'Launch host controls' button.
Note: Your Live Engagement needs to be published in order to launch your host control panel. If you want to launch your host control panel for a unpublished live engagement you need to click on the 'Launch Preview' button.

  4. You will now be redirected to your host control panel. Once you are presenting your live engagement and responses to a question start coming in you will see your participant response counter updating.

  5. Once you are satisfied with the number of responses that have been collected for your question click on the 'Show Results' button at the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: You can only generate a response chart once per question so do not click the 'show results' button until you are ready to show your results.

  6. If for any reason the results chart fails to generate community members will see a message letting them know that responses are still being analyzed and will be shared at a later date.
