Publishing, Editing and Archiving a Live Engagement

Navigate to your Live Engagement here in the Ask section. Select the specific engagement that you want to edit. Click on the pencil icon to edit.
This will bring you to the Live Engagement builder. From here, you can build, edit, manage access and publish your Live Engagement.
In the top right hand side of the screen you will see status indicators that will tell you what state your Live Engagement is in.
To publish a live engagement once you have added all of your content, click on the Publish button in the top right hand corner. You may also use the Preview button to check it out and make sure everything works as expected before publishing.
Once you have clicked the publish button you will receive an alert that let's you know your Live Engagement has been published.
If you want your Live Engagement to be publicly visible on another page, ensure that you select an Advertise On option on the Settings tab. Also, you an set start and end dates for your Live Engagement in order to prevent receiving results outside of a given time period.
To make changes to your Live Engagement once it has been published, make your edits on the Build tab and click Republish in the top right of your screen. You will notice the 'Unpublished Changes' notification as in the screenshot below. This will persist until you Republish.
To take your Live Engagement offline (unpublish it) click on the Take Offline button at the top right of the screen. If you want to edit your Live Engagement after taking it offline, make your changes in the Build tab before clicking Republish.
To archive your Live Engagement once it has finished, scroll to the bottom of the Settings tab and click on the Archive option. This will unpublish the Live Engagement and make it no longer editable or available for republish. This action can not be undone, so is not recommended unless you know you will never need this Live Engagement or the results dashboard again.
