What types of training are available?
We offer three types of live training sessions—pick the one that best fits your needs:
Group Training: Organic
A 45-minute session covering the Organic tool, which includes social listening and communications management. Great for communications staff, PIOs, and analysts using Organic day-to-day.
Group Training: Engage
A 45-minute session focused on using Zencity Engage for community engagement and public feedback collection. Ideal for those looking to build community surveys or educational pages, project owners, and teams working on outreach.
1-on-1 Office Hours
Need help with a specific training question? Book a 1-on-1 session during open office hours. These are great for:
- Personalized support
- Getting feedback on your Zencity setup
- Deep-diving into a workflow or tool
