Using the Zencity Learning Center

The Learning Center is your go-to space for on-demand learning inside the Zencity platform. Whether you’re just getting started or looking for a quick refresher, the Learning Center is available any time to help you build skills and explore key features at your own pace.

What is the Learning Center?

The Learning Center offers a flexible, self-serve way to explore Zencity’s tools and workflows. It includes:

• 🎥 Short 101 videos to guide you through specific features
• 📘 Step-by-step help articles from our Help Center
• ✅ Video and walkthrough tutorials to support key tasks like setting up a project or updating your user settings.

Everything is organized by content type and tool, so you can easily find what’s most relevant to you.

The Learning Center is best for users who want quick answers, visual guides, or just-in-time learning while working in the platform.

Where do I find it?

You can launch the Learning Center directly from the platform. 

1. Click the Support button in the bottom-left corner of the Zencity platform.
2. Then click Learning Center from the menu.

This will open the Learning Center in a new tab, where you can browse videos and tutorials organized by topic.

What topics are covered?

The Learning Center includes resources across all major areas of the platform, such as:

• Organic – social listening, dashboards, reports, alerts
• Engage – projects, surveys, public pages
• Reports – how to create, edit, and share reports
• Platform setup – user roles, settings, and more

New content is added regularly based on product updates and common questions from users.
