What is the Learning Center?
The Learning Center offers a flexible, self-serve way to explore Zencity’s tools and workflows. It includes:
- 🎥 Short 101 videos to guide you through specific features
- 📘 Step-by-step help articles from our Help Center
- ✅ Video and walkthrough tutorials to support key tasks like setting up a project or updating your user settings.
Everything is organized by content type and tool, so you can easily find what’s most relevant to you.

Where do I find it?
You can launch the Learning Center directly from the platform.
- Click the Support button in the bottom-left corner of the Zencity platform.
- Then click Learning Center from the menu.
This will open the Learning Center in a new tab, where you can browse videos and tutorials organized by topic.
What topics are covered?
The Learning Center includes resources across all major areas of the platform, such as:
- Organic – social listening, dashboards, reports, alerts
- Engage – projects, surveys, public pages
- Reports – how to create, edit, and share reports
