Filtering by De-Duplication for Results Collected After August 1st 2023

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.
  2. Navigate to 'Engage' and click on the 'Results & Analysis' heading.

  3. Select the engagement that you want to view and click on the card. Navigate to the question that you want to view. On the right hand side of your screen you will see a toggle that says 'De-Duplication'. To enable or disable de-duplication simply move the toggle. If the toggle background is showing in blue it means de-duplication is being applied.

  4. Your results will be displayed on screen. You will also see a message at the top of the screen that indicates how many responses have been filtered out.
