Exporting Results as a CSV File

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.

     
  2. Navigate to 'Ask' and click on the 'Surveys' heading. 

     
  3. Select the survey that you want to view and click on the 'View Results' button. 
     
  4. In the top right hand corner of the screen click on the 'Share Results' dropdown menu. You will now see your export options. If you ran your engagement in multiple languages you will have two export options available to you.

  5. You will now have the option to choose whether you want to export your CSV as One Column Per Question. This puts all answers for each question into a single cell, rather than using a separate column for each answer option. This can help make files with many answer options easier to open and work with.
    You will also have the option to choose whether to include translated responses if you have run your engagement in multiple languages.
