Viewing the results of a question for Results Collected After August 1st 2023

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.
  2. Navigate to 'Engage' and click on the 'Results & Analysis' heading.

  3. Select the engagement that you want to view and click on the card. You will now see the participation summary of that engagement. From this screen you can either use the arrows to navigate to your question or you can use the 'Question' dropdown box.

  4. Once you have selected your question you will see the results.
