Viewing the results of an engagement

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.

  2. Navigate to 'Engage' and click on the 'Results & Analysis' heading.

  3. Your engagements will be sorted by open activities, recently closed activities (within 30 days) and closed activities (more than 30 days). Find the engagement that you want to view and click on the card.
