Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password? Here are the steps to recover it:

1. Go to the Zencity app at https://app.zencity.io/
2. Enter your email address, then clikc 'Continue'
3. Click on the 'Reset password' link underneath the email and password fields
   
   
    
4. Verify your email address, then click ‘Continue’
5. If you have an existing account for this email address, a reset password link will be sent to you

Did not receive any email?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Verify with your admin that an account has been set up for you
• Contact your your Customer Success Manager at Zencity, or email Zencity support at support@zencity.io.
