Navigate to content pages list here in the Communicate section. Find the page you wish to work on (you can filter by page type or status, or simply type and search by page name) and select 'Edit page' inside the 3 dots sub-menu.

This will bring you to the page builder. From here, you can build, edit, manage access and publish your page.

To publish a page once you have added all of your content, click on the publish button in the top right hand corner.

Once you have clicked the Publish button you will receive an alert that let's you know your page has been published.
- You may also schedule a page to be published on a future date. Navigate to the Settings tab and select a Release Date and click Publish. The page will be published at 00:01 on the date selected, based on your local timezone.

If you want your page to be publicly visible on another page, ensure that you select 'Advertise On' on the Settings tab.

To make changes to your page once it has been published, make your edits on the Build tab and click Republish in the top right of your screen. You will notice the 'Unpublished Changes' notification as in the screenshot below. This will persist until you Republish.

To take your page offline (unpublish it) click on the Take Offline button at the top right of the screen. If you want to edit your page after taking it offline, make your changes in the Build tab before clicking Republish.

To archive your page once it has finished, scroll to the bottom of the Settings tab and click on the Archive option. This will unpublish the page and make it no longer editable or available for republish. This action can not be undone, so is not recommended unless you know you will never need this page again. You cannot archive a Homepage.
