Zencity makes it simple to send Post-Interaction (PI) surveys by securely ingesting ticket data through an SFTP connection. This guide explains how the process works and provides clear steps for setting up the connection.
Workflow Overview
- File Upload – You will upload a CSV file containing the relevant ticket records.
- Automatic Ingestion – Our system automatically detects and ingests newly uploaded files.
- Survey Dispatch – Using the contact details provided in each ticket, our system sends PI surveys after a predefined time interval (e.g., a few hours or days after ingestion).
- Response Collection – All survey responses are collected and displayed within your Zencity dashboard for easy review and analysis.
