Adding a comment to a discussion topic

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

  2. Navigate to your project page, then go to your 'Discussion Topic tab and select the discussion topic that you want to view.

  3. Click on the ‘View’ button that is located in the top right hand corner.
    Note: You can only view the community member facing view of an idea board that has been set to 'Active' and is 'Publicly Advertised'.

  4. You are now on the community member facing view of a discussion topic. Add your comment in the text box provided and hit the comment button.
