Changing the status of a comment on a discussion topic

  • Only users with ‘Owner’ or ‘Builder’ status can change the status of a comment on a discussion topic
  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
    ​
  2. Navigate to your project page, then go to your 'Discussion Topic' tab and select the discussion topic that you want to view.file-VLFrN2fGli.png
  3. Navigate to the 'Comments' tab. You will now see all your 'Pending', 'Approved' and 'Rejected' comments. Locate the comment that you want to change the status for and select the option available to you.
