An iframe (inline frame) is an HTML element that embeds another webpage or document inside the current webpage.

Think of it like a window cut into a page that displays content from a different source — that content loads and behaves independently from the parent page.

You can insert iframe into your projects by:

  1. Navigating to the designated project: Zencity's right tool bar > Communications > Content Pages > select the project into which you want to insert an iframe.
  2. In the right hand tool bar find the iFrame option under Media and drag and drop it into its desired location on your page. Screenshot 2026-04-19 at 12.33.03.png
  3. Fill out the block heading, enter the code snippet, and select the desired iframe size
