Managing moderation for collaborative activities from the action menu

Zencity enables you to moderate collaborative activities so that you can keep discourse focused and productive.

Our moderation tools use Google's Vision API to flag potentially sensitive images and Google's Perspective API to detect toxic text, automatically approving or holding submissions for review based on thresholds you configure.

To set up these permissions:

1. Navigate with your left hand toolbar to Communicate > Content Pages and once there select the Home tab. 

2. Select the row for which you wish to enable moderation and select the three dots on the far right end of the row. 

   

3. Select 'Moderation' and then the Approval Certainty level and Toxicity Score level appropriate for your community.
