What learning resources are available for customers?

You can find all Zencity learning resources by clicking Support in the bottom-left corner of the platform. From there, you'll have access to:

Learning Center

A flexible, on-demand space to explore Zencity’s features at your own pace. Organized by tool and content type so you can find what you need quickly. Includes:

• Short training videos
• Step-by-step help articles
• Tutorials for quick action in the platform

Interactive Self-Paced Training

Guided, in-app lessons available from the Support menu. Great for onboarding new users or reinforcing key workflows. These modules are:

• Self-paced and interactive
• About 15 minutes each
• Designed to build confidence in using Organic and Engage

Live Training Sessions

Sign up for a live session with our Training & Enablement Manager. A good option if you want to:

• See features demonstrated in real time
• Get personalized guidance
• Ask questions along the way
