Downloading the Results of a Pin Drop Question

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.

  2. Navigate to 'Engage' and click on the 'Results & Analysis' heading.

  3. Select the engagement that you want to view and click on the card. Navigate to the map pin drop question.

  4. Click on the three dots that are displayed on the right hand side of the map. You will now see your download options.
