Introducing Skip Logic

Skip logic is Zencity Engage’s new feature that changes what question or page a respondent sees next based on how they answer the current question. Skip logic is easy to “apply”, “modify”, and “delete” from an engagement. The indicator icon shows you which page Skip logic has been applied to without having to open the page settings. You can also easily delete or modify skip logic from a question without having to delete the whole page. For more context see Adding Skip Logic to a Question

Easily Copy a Previous Engagement

You can now copy a previous engagement from any project when you are creating an engagement. This saves you time if you already have an engagement that has similarities. For more context see Creating an Engagement

Examine your results in our new Redesigned Engagement Dashboard

We have redesigned our Engagement Dashboard to make it easier to explore the summary statistics of your engagements through graphs and charts, and an updated view of the number of submissions and completions per day, comments by page and an overview of your email invitations that you sent out.
