Changing community member's moderation status

  • Only users with ‘Owner’ or ‘Builder’ status can change the moderation status for a community member
  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

  2. Navigate to your project page, then go to your 'Public Boards' tab and select the public board that you want to view.

  3. Navigate to the submissions tab. 

  4. You will now see a list of all ideas and users for a public board. Click on the users name to change their moderation status 

  5. A new window will open. Find the user name that you want to change the moderation status for. In the 'Status' column click on the 'Actions' drop down menu. You can now change a users moderation status to 'Suspend User', 'Ban User' or 'Always Premod User'. The user will receive an email notifying them that their moderation status has changed.
