- Only users with ‘Owner’ or ‘Builder’ or ‘Contributor’ status are able to add an image to a project.
- All fields marked with an * on this page are mandatory.
- Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
- Navigate to your project page and select the project you want to edit.
- To add an image, click on the ‘Choose an image’ button under the ‘Hero Image’ heading. This will be the main image for your project.
- Select an image from the window that opens. To choose the part of the image to make visible simply drag the crop box into the desired position.
- Enter a brief description of the image that you used in the ‘Alt Text’ field.
Note: This is to ensure accessibility for all users and that if the image does not appear for any reason the viewer will still be aware of what content was there. - To add a supporting image, scroll down the page until you see the ‘Supporting Image’ heading and click on the ‘Choose an image’ button located below it.
- Select an image from the window that opens. To choose the part of the image to make visible simply resize and drag the crop box into the desired position.
- Enter a brief description of the image that you used in the ‘Alt text’ field.
- If you have added multiple languages to a project and want to upload different versions of the supporting image for each language, use the language selector at the top of the page and choose the language you want to upload the image to. Click on the 'Replace Image' button and hit the save button. Note: If no images are provided for any additional languages it will default to the English version.
- If you are navigating away from the page, remember to click the ‘Save’ button located at the top of the page.
A message will appear at the top of the screen that says ‘Updated Successfully’.
If you are staying on the project page to add or edit more content, remember to save your work when you have finished before you leave the page.
