Previewing a project page from the listing screen ( Action Menu)

1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
2. Navigate to your left toolbar > Click 'Communicate' and 'Content Pages'.

3. Under 'Projects'  tab, you can do it in two ways. 

• Click the Project you wanted to preview. 

• Click the 'Preview' button at the the top right hand side of your screen.

• Once you hit the preview button you will be redirected to the participant view where you can view your changes and test your engagement. 

• To share a preview link with a team member so that they can test your engagement and view changes without it collecting results , click on the 'share preview' button and your link will be copied. You can now share the link.

NOTE: PREVIEW LINKS ARE ONLY VALID FOR 7 DAYS. If 7 days have passed since you shared the preview link you will have to generate a new one. 

• Another way is by clicking Under 'Projects' tab, select the 3 dots on the right side of the project. Click 'Preview'.

Previewing a Project update page from the listing screen ( Action Menu)

• Click the Project you wanted to preview. 

• Click the 'Preview' button at the the top right hand side of your screen.

• To share a preview link with a team member so that they can test your engagement and view changes without it collecting results , click on the 'share preview' button and your link will be copied. You can now share the link.

• Click the Project you wanted to preview.
