Managing Access to a project page from the listing screen ( Action Screen)

 

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
  2. Navigate to your left toolbar > Click 'Communicate' and 'Content Pages'.

3. Under 'Projects' tab, you can do it in two ways

  • Click the Project you need to manage the access. 

  • Click Manage Access tab
  • On Custom Access, search for the user's email address then there will be a dropdown.
  • Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'

 

  • Another way is by clicking Under 'Projects' tab, select the 3 dots on the right side of the project. Click 'Manage Access'.

  • On Custom Access, search for the user's email address then there will be a dropdown.
  • Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'

 

Managing Access to a project update page from the listing screen ( Action Menu)

3. Under 'Updates' tab, you can do it in two ways

  • Click the Project you need to manage the access. 

  • Click Manage Access tab
  • On Custom Access, search for the user's email address then there will be a dropdown.
  • Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'

 

  • Another way is by clicking Under 'Updates' tab, select the 3 dots on the right side of the project. Click 'Manage Access'.

  • On Custom Access, search for the user's email address then there will be a dropdown.

 

  • Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'

     

    Managing Access to a hub page from the listing screen ( Action Menu )

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

3. Under 'Hubs' tab, you can do it in two ways

  • Click the Project you need to manage the access. 

  • Click Manage Access tab

  • Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'

Managing Access to a home page from the listing screen ( Action Menu)

 

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

3. Under 'Home' tab, you can do it in two ways

  • Click the Project you need to manage the access. 

  • Click Manage Access tab
  • On Custom Access, search for the user's email address then there will be a dropdown.
  • Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'
  • Another way is by clicking Under 'Home' tab, select the 3 dots on the right side of the project. Click 'Manage Access'.
