Managing Access to a project page from the listing screen ( Action Screen)
- Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
- Navigate to your left toolbar > Click 'Communicate' and 'Content Pages'.
3. Under 'Projects' tab, you can do it in two ways.
Click the Project you need to manage the access.
- Click Manage Access tab
- On Custom Access, search for the user's email address then there will be a dropdown.
- Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'
Another way is by clicking Under 'Projects' tab, select the 3 dots on the right side of the project. Click 'Manage Access'.
- On Custom Access, search for the user's email address then there will be a dropdown.
- Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'
Managing Access to a project update page from the listing screen ( Action Menu)
- Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.

Click the Project you need to manage the access.
- Click Manage Access tab
- On Custom Access, search for the user's email address then there will be a dropdown.
- Once you've selected the user, there will be a dropdown on the right side of the name to choose what access you wanted to give the user. Make sure to hit ' Save Changes'
Another way is by clicking Under 'Updates' tab, select the 3 dots on the right side of the project. Click 'Manage Access'.

Managing Access to a hub page from the listing screen ( Action Menu )

Click Manage Access tab
