Creating a New Project Page

 

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
  2. Navigate to your left toolbar > Click 'Communicate' and 'Content Pages'.

 3. Under Projects tab, click 'New Page'. Add 'Title' (* means mandatory to add a title) and click 'Create'.

 

 

 4. Once you hit create, it will route you to the builder screen for you to choose to build either 'Build from Scratch' or 'Automated Set up'.

 

 

Creating a New Project Update Page

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
  2. Navigate to your left toolbar > Click 'Communicate' and 'Content Pages'.

 3. Under Updates tab, click 'New Page'. 

 

4. Once you click 'New Page', it will as you Add 'Title' (* means mandatory to add a title). Navigate for the 'Project' (mandatory) that you wanted to update and Select a date for 'Release Date' (mandatory) - effectivity date of the changes and click 'Create'.

5. Once you hit create, it will route you to the Content Pages and you can proceed with the updating the project.

 

Creating a New Hub Page

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity Engage.
  2. Navigate to your left toolbar > Click 'Communicate' and 'Content Pages'.Content pages.jpg
  3. Under Hubs tab, click 'New Page'. Add 'Title' (* means mandatory to add a title) and click 'Create'.

4. Once you hit create, it will route you to the Content Pages and you can proceed with doing edits.
