How to Invite Users to the Platform
This guide will walk you through the steps to invite new users to our platform. Please note that this functionality is only accessible to Admin Users.
- Go to the Settings section from the main menu.

Navigate to the User Management tab.

Click on the Add a User button.

Fill in the user details via the form, including the user’s name, email address, and any other necessary information.

Specify the permitted products that the new user should have access to.

Send the invitation by clicking Save.
Verification Process:
- Once you have filled out the form and clicked the Send Invitation button, a welcome verification email will be sent to the new user’s email address.
- The new user needs to click on the link in the email to confirm their address and define a password to complete the registration process.
Important Notes:
- Ensure that the email address entered is correct to avoid any issues with the verification process.
- The new user will not be able to access the platform until they have verified their email address.
- If you do not see the "User Management" tab, it is because you are missing the relevant permissions. Reach out to our support team for further assistance.
