We are thrilled to introduce Zencity's latest innovation: the Zencity AI Assistant. This groundbreaking tool is designed to revolutionize how local governments interact with and utilize their data.

What is the Zencity AI Assistant?

The Zencity AI Assistant is your personal data analyst, providing insights and summaries from Zencity data with just a few clicks. Whether you need to analyze large amounts of data , summarize long news articles and social threads, dive into survey results, or ask specific data-related questions, our AI Assistant is here to save you time and enhance your decision-making processes.

Key Features

Ask Me Any Question

Use the AI bot from anywhere on the platform to ask questions about Zencity products or data. Just click on the AI icon at the bottom right of any screen, and Ask any question.This feature is currently available in Beta mode, which means you might not get an immediate answer for every question.  Your questions will help the assistant improve, and for the beta phase our human analysts will jump in and help as needed.

Our assistant is also an expert in all Zencity tools, so feel free to ask any question on how to best utilize the platform and find the data and actions you’re looking for. 

Summarize Organic Social Media Threads Threads 

Get concise summaries of social media threads, highlighting trending themes, sentiment, and engagement analysis.

How to get a summary? 

1. Navigate to an Organic Stories tab

2. Choose a story and click on its menu (the 3 dots at the top right corner) 

3. Click "Summarize with AI" 

The flow is also available directly from the AI assistant within the Stories tab.

Summarize the Organic News Feed

Receive daily summaries of news articles, detailing the number of articles per topic and providing examples with links.

How to get a summary? 

1. Navigate to an Organic News Feed tab

2. Click on the AI assistant

3. Click on the "Summarize this page" 

Generate Charts Based on Your Data 

The AI Assistant can now generate charts based on your data requests! This feature is particularly useful for responses involving metrics, allowing the assistant to create charts and include them directly in your reports. To use this feature, simply ask the AI Assistant to draw a chart for you, and it will create a visual representation of your requested information.

AI via SMS

You can now connect your mobile device to the platform and interact with the AI Assistant via SMS - no platform login required! This feature makes it easier than ever to engage with the assistant while on the go.

To get started, you’ll need to complete a one-time connection and verification process. After this, you’ll be prompted to add the assistant as a contact and start chatting with it via SMS!

Here’s how to set it up:

1. Go to Settings > Profile Settings (or click on the assistant's three-dot menu and select Connect Phone).
2. In the "Connect Your Mobile Phone" section, enter your phone number and click Connect.
3. A verification code will be sent to your mobile device. Enter the code and click Verify.
