Downloading a Chart as an Image for Results Collected After August 1st 2023

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.
  2. Navigate to 'Engage' and click on the 'Results & Analysis' heading.

  3. Select the engagement that you want to view and click on the card. Navigate to the question that you want to download the chart for. 

  4. Click on the three dots that are displayed on the right hand side of the chart. Choose the 'Download Chart' option.
