Filtering by Date Range for Results Collected After August 1st 2023

  1. Ensure you are logged in to Zencity.
  2. Navigate to 'Engage' and click on the 'Results & Analysis' heading.

  3. Select the engagement that you want to view and click on the card. Navigate to the question that you want to apply the filter to. 

  4. From the 'Date Range' drop down menu at the top of the page select date that you want to filter by.

  5. Your results will be displayed on screen. You will also see a message at the top of the screen that indicates how many responses have been filtered out.
