The Projects Page is your one-stop-shop for keeping track of your projects.
That's why we've updated your Projects Page to be more personalised, informative, and easy to navigate. We've added a tab view for keeping the projects you follow in one place, as well as sentiment distribution, total interactions, and comparative data to help you understand at-a-glance how each project is performing, and what is currently trending in your community.
How to use your Projects Page:
Follow/ Unfollow Projects
We have added the new capability to follow a project so you can stay on top of the projects that matter most to you.
Follow - When you follow a project, it will automatically be added to your Following tab, creating a personalized list of all your projects in one place.
Unfollow - If you decide to unfollow a project, it will be removed from your Following tab. Don't worry, if it is still an active project, it will still be listed in under the Active tab.
As there are numerous projects running in your organization at any given time, we have added a tab view to allow you to navigate easily across all projects:
Following - Includes a list of all the projects you are following
Active - Contains all projects currently active in your city or county (excluding archived projects)
We've added an interactions bar for each project, so you can see at-a-glance the change in each project’s volume of interactions over time. The change represented on the screen correlates directly with the time frame set at the top of the screen.
For example, if you choose '7 days' as the timeframe for viewing all of your projects, the interactions bar will contain a comparison of the same amount of time prior to that period (i.e. the previous 7 days).
You can sort your projects according to the amount of interactions by clicking the arrows at the top of the column.
To save you time scrolling, you can also easily find your projects by typing the name of the project in the search bar on the top right hand corner of the screen.
Using the column headers, you can quickly sort projects by name, volume of interactions, or date of last open.
